LilyPad Community 10 commandments

1.      Adults only

2.      2 people per lot max occupancy

3.      No commercial activity of any sort

4.      Quiet time 10pm – 6am (no abnormally loud noise at any time)

5.      Pets must be on leash and attended whenever outside. Do not allow pets to disturb others

6.      Lot to be kept clean and orderly at all times.

7.      Max 5 MPH speed limit

8.      Max 2 vehicles to be parked inside lot boundaries at all times.

9.      Respect your neighbors and lot boundaries.

10.  Be Nice… or Be Gone!

Monthly fees to be paid on or before the 1st of each month.

Weekly fees to be paid on or before Friday of each week.

All Utilities will be disconnected and locked out, without notice, if all fees are not paid on time.

$50 late fee applies to any and all late payments Before utilities will be reconnected.

Additional storage facilities and/or parking for vehicles, boats, ATVs, etc. may be available for an additional fee and can be arranged with management on an individual basis.

Management reserves the right to evict anyone for any reason at any time without notice.
